Working closely with support coordinators, Perfect Plan Manager ensures prompt attention to calls and processing of service invoices. We facilitate participants in independently accessing services that align with their needs, connecting them seamlessly with the NDIS and other service providers.
Additionally, we uphold our responsibility in supporting service providers to deliver quality services to participants, in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
Perfect Plan Manager maintains a close liaison with the NDIS Commission on a day-to-day basis. We assist and support NDIS participants in managing their plan funding, providing guidance on optimizing financial resources and enhancing financial literacy. Through this partnership, we ensure participants receive tailored support based on their individual requirements, thus aiding them in achieving their goals effectively.
In consultation with participants and their support coordinators, Perfect Plan Manager meticulously develops budgets and monitors spending against available funding.
